Mindfulness
Paying more attention to the present moment - having a greater awareness of the world around you and of your own thoughts and feelings can improve your mental wellbeing. It can help us to enjoy life more and understand ourselves better. Some people call this awareness 'mindfulness'.

Headspace was founded by Andy Puddicombe who is an author speaker and teacher of meditation and mindfulness. Some areas of the website require sign up / payment, however, there are plenty of great articles on meditation, sleeping and wake up, stress and anxiety and movement and healthy living.
