At GHS we embrace diversity of views, religious, spiritual and non-religious. We want you to have an understanding and awareness of key beliefs and practices. In Key Stage Three, you will study all of the six major world religions, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Sikhism and, in addition, you will look at spiritual views including non-religious and humanist ideas.

 

Spirituality encompasses all aspects of life and wellbeing and can give people an outlet and focus in their lives. It can be taking part in practices such as yoga and meditation or answering moral and philosophical questions as well as taking part in religious ceremonies and beliefs.
