CAPTAINS CULTURE: 

The role of the team captain is to lead, support, inspire and represent the members of their appointed team fairly and consistently at all times.

 

The team captain will act as a role model for Guildford High School and their team.

CAPTAINS RESPONSIBILITIES: 

​

• Check that your team are all available to participate in the match or competition.

• Know the timings of your match or competition. 

• Bring the correct equipment (balls/bibs if required)

• Lead the Warm-up

• Welcome the opposition to GHS.

• Complete the toss at the start of the match. 

• Be the communication link between coach and team

• Check Microsoft Teams, the morning of the event, for any communication from your coach.
