Be kind

Be kind to yourself and others.

Be kind with your words and in your actions - say thank you, smile, compliment, hold a door open, forgive, be patient, be empathetic, celebrate other people's success.

Try your best

Work hard but don't compete and don't compare.

You can only give your best and if you have done this, be proud of what you achieve.
